Alegria Calibre is the master of understatement and subtlety and it shows in this EP. I first heard "Strumpet" through Mark System's stellar Fabriclive mix (prolly best set of 2015 for me so far) and loved it. Then I heard the rest of the previews and I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to buy this. Then I came back a week or so later and it grew on me so much I couldn't believe why I didn't hear the hidden beauty of these tunes. This is DNB for grown-ups, demands your full attention to appreciate it! Favorite track: Strumpet.

Nic Brown Dominick Martin has been churning out premium quality, atmospheric drum & bass for over 15 years now and this EP proves he's still at the peak of his formidable powers. From the hi-hats that hiss like pit vipers on "Stranger" to "The Sweet"'s caustic, disintegrating bassline, these grooves simply drip with class. Dance music of the very highest ... no, I'm not going to say it! Favorite track: The Sweet.
